We accept a wide range of unused or gently used textiles. Items must be clean, dry, and free from strong odours or mould.
We do not accept: Wet, heavily torn or contaminated textiles, rubber or plastic-based garments, undergarments or swimwear.

Pickups below 1 kg will not be scheduled. Please accumulate more items before booking.
Log in to your Fera account and navigate to the Sell page.
Enter your pickup address and select your preferred date and time slot (9 AM – 6 PM, Fri–Sat).
Pack your items in a bag or box — no special packaging required.
Our agent will arrive at your doorstep, weigh the items, and issue a receipt on the spot.
Fera Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of pickup confirmation.

Final grading is done by the Fera agent at time of pickup. Points are non-transferable and expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup up to 6 hours before the scheduled time at no penalty. Cancellations within 6 hours may result in a 72-hour cooldown before you can rebook. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of pickup privileges.
