• Pickup address: Physical address provided when scheduling a cloth pickup.
• Transaction data: Fera Points earned, redeemed, and purchase history.
• Usage data: Pages visited, device type, and browsing behavior on our platform.

Your data is used solely to operate and improve Fera services. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

• Process pickup requests and coordinate logistics.
• Manage your Fera Points balance and cash redemption requests.
• Send order confirmations, pickup reminders, and account alerts.
• Improve platform features based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• Comply with legal obligations under applicable Bangladeshi law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted database access. Only authorised Fera team members can access personal data, strictly on a need-to-know basis. In the unlikely event of a breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.

We may share limited data with trusted third parties only to fulfil our services:

• Logistics partners – to facilitate pickup and delivery, receiving only your name, address, and phone number.
• Payment processors – for cash redemption transfers, subject to their own privacy policies.
